On the transactional side, he has expertise in general corporate transactions and advisory, IT, SaaS, technology services arrangements, including in relation to intellectual property, digital media, and related domains. He also has experience in banking and finance, private equity, and projects.

He has acted as transaction counsel for domestic and foreign corporations, banks and financial institutions, asset management companies, real estate entities as well as renowned players in the energy market, across India, EU, and MENA geographies.

He also has experience in dispute resolution across domains of commercial, property, labour, arbitration, environmental, administrative, IP, medical, consumer and family laws.

Neha has 14+ years of experience with top law firms in the fields of transactional law, corporate advisory, and dispute resolution. She has worked with Niederlassung der ATS Automation Tooling Systems GmbH and ATS Corporation, anchoring their corporate legal teams with transactional and general advisory support. She has also acted as Product Counsel (APAC Region) for Uber Technologies Inc., contributing to their product strategy and supported the launch of Uber products both in the Indian South Asian and the larger APAC region.
